About me

Hello, I’m Catherine—a wife, mother of two teenagers, and a proud British expat currently living in the Netherlands with my family. We’ve truly embraced our new life here, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Our family is neurodiverse, and I’m personally on the autistic spectrum. This journey has taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of asking for support, recognizing what kind of support is needed, and knowing how to offer it in return.

I firmly believe that neurodiversity is something to be celebrated—it’s not just a difference, but a reason to grow, explore, and make meaningful change. My own neurodiversity has given me the gift of seeing the world through a distinct lens, enriching my life in ways I never could have imagined. It’s this unique perspective that has shaped my approach to life, guiding me toward a fulfilling and diverse path.
